Often, when talking about a brand, these words crop up: identity, story, culture. A strong brand identity tells a story and is at the core of everything a company does. Home appliance brand Beko US, Inc., a subsidiary of Arçelik A.Ş., wanted to tie the company’s Turkish culture to the soft launch of its new Turkish coffee maker. So, they came to Street Level Studio for help in introducing the American market to this unique niche appliance.
We brewed a fresh pot and got to work.
For the soft launch, SLS created a sell sheet and customized web page featuring product information, imagery, and key features, presented with Turkish-inspired designs, evocative text, and a historical timeline to set the scene. Then, we translated this information into an inviting visual experience—a sharable video showing the rich counterpoint between Turkey’s timeless coffee culture and the effortless, modern-day sophistication for which the brand is known. Beko’s corporate office in Istanbul even requested a version to use in its other markets around the world!
