But its leaders also recognize the power of a classic personal approach to create connection, affinity, and loyalty.
The Boca Raton-based company came to Street Level Studio looking for a unique package to welcome new clients and provide basic onboarding in a way that felt special.
The request was right up our alley! Our creative staff built an award-winning dimensional welcome kit that ticked off all the boxes for Modernizing Medicine:
- Delivered important details about the company’s range of services and annual users’ conference
- Put a face and a name to the staff members who clients could turn to for assistance
- Included a practical branded gift clients would keep and use daily
- Conveyed the company’s culture and personality in a fun, memorable way
Plus, it all arrived in a classy matte black, custom-designed box of its own, fitted with specially engineered foam inserts and wrapped with a branded belly band in the company’s signature purple.
The kit has been such a success, Modernizing Medicine set up a continuing fulfillment arrangement with SLS, so additional kits can be built and shipped on-demand as their client roster keeps growing.
